We were grateful to be invited to meet the gracious host of New England Cable Network's "Dream House", Jenny Johnson on her show and talk about some points about buying rugs online with RugSale.com.

Jenny Johnson is a neat and friendly person who is excited about anything that has to do with design, food and fun, she was very interested in learning more about our site and how much easier it is to purchase rugs online these days than in the traditional department store.

We talked about contemporary rugs mostly, even showed her a few Oriental Weavers samples on camera. We mentioned points such as size, color and selection and why you want to have a good, strong brand for your home like Momeni, Capel or Oriental Weavers - so that it will last and you get your money's worth.

New Andy Warhol collection items added to RugSale.com 50,000 item selection

Andy Warhol was known for breaking the rules, harnessing the latest technology to express his ideas, and creating a new movement in Twentieth century art to be studied and imitated for years to come. The factory designs were influenced by the early textures and shading of Warhhol's "Factory" period.

The Factory was the hip hangout for artsy types and the Warhol superstars. It was famed for its groundbreaking parties and artwork. In the studio, Warhol's workers would make silkscreens and lithographs. In 1968, Andy moved the Factory to the sixth floor of the Decker Building, 33 Union Square West, near Max's Kansas City, a club Warhol and his entourage would frequent.

In that tradition, these rugs have deeper and richer colors than most and their style are high-quality and handmade. They would look fantastic in a den, living room or open area that is trying to showcase a more Autumnal style. Because of their handmade manufacturing, they would last longer than most and are often more plush that your standard rug.

There are just some really neat new styles such as the Andy Warhol 14113 Horizon that depicts a sunrise or the Andy Warhol 14114 Twillight that looks more like a sunset  - both would be enthralling near a large open window or in your front entrance.
